digccurr2009Proceedings of the Digital Curation Curriculum 2009 conference (DigCCurr, rather helpfully pronounced dij-seeker) have now been published. Available as a free download or as a properly bound 209-page volume, you can obtain a copy by clicking here. The DigCCurr project is an important cross-institutional initiative that addresses digital preservation and related issues in the USA, with a worldwide perspective. Its 2009 conference was a major event, held at the University of North Carolina, with nearly 300 delegates. The proceedings include papers by leading practitioners from around the world. Subjects covered include education for digital curation, record keeping, metadata, tools, and much more. Inforesight's paper on MoReq2 digital preservation features starts on page 37, and a copy is on our Papers page.
